How long in advance do I have to book?

more than 48h is ideal, you should already have all the flight and accommodation details at this time and we still have some time to organize ourselves
24h is possible, but at peak times may cause us to decline your request
Less than 12h is a matter of luck ?

Does it cost extra if my flight arrives at 3 at night?

No! Tbilisi has a night airport. 95% of our transfers take place between 9pm and 6am.

That’s why we prefer written requests, as we usually sleep between 6am and 5pm. ?

With which currencies can I pay?

Basically we accept Euro, US Dollars and of course Georgian Lari.
Please understand that in foreign currency we only accept bills and round up to the next larger unit. The euro or dollar prices shown in the price list are just for orientation.

Do you have child seats? Does that cost extra? Which sizes are in stock?

Yes, at the moment we have the following child seats available:
2 baby bowls (class 0),
2 infant seats (class I)
and 2 booster seats (class II and III)
Some cars are prepared for the ISOFIX system.
Child seats cost nothing extra, but must necessarily be ordered on time.

Can I choose a car or driver?

Basically, we would like to fulfill your every wish, but there may be changes due to flight delays, technical problems or other unforeseeable events, which we would like to optimally solve in the interests of all our customers. For that reason we are reluctant to promise a particular driver or car.

Can you issue invoices / receipts?

Upon request, we will provide you with a receipt after each trip with the following information:
Date, vehicle, driver, customer (company name), passenger (name of passenger), route from-to, price in GEL / EUR / USD, signature driver / passenger.
Since not all drivers are regularly used for airport transfers and carry billets with them, we ask for brief information when ordering.
Invoices are made by advance payment or large customers (from ~ 10 bookings per month) by arrangement.

How can I pay an invoice?

We have a Georgian bank account with the TBC bank and Bank of Georgia for USD, EUR and GEL.
Furthermore, there is an account in the EU to which you can transfer in EUR.
If you want to pay by credit card, this is done in advance via Paypal. No registration is necessary for you.

Where wood is chopped, splinters must fall. We endeavor to satisfy all our guests. Unfortunately, we do not always succeed 100%. If you have any reason to complain, please contact us directly and we will try to find a solution / reparation for you.
